Competition Name: Free Rolex Datejust 41 Giveaway

Entry Requirements: Entrants must be at least 18 years old and can only get one (1) free entry to this competition. To ensure the fairness for everyone, only ONE (1) entry number is valid for each participant / order. If you have more than one entry numbers, we will cancel the order(s) and choose one at random.)

Number of winners: Maximum one (1) Winner.
Location: The Competition is accessible throughout Australia, except in South Australia. While international participants are welcome to enter, they must ensure adherence to the laws of their respective countries. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from breaches of international laws by participants.
Competition Period: The Competition commences on the 23rd of September 2024 until 06th of December 2024 at midnight.
Prizes: The winner will receive one (1) Rolex Datejust 41 Rhodium Dial (Ref:126300)
The total prize pool is estimated to be no more than $25,000 Prizes are not transferable unless agreed to in writing by the Promoter. The Promoter may substitute the Prizes with an equivalent cash prize at its discretion.
Prize date and selection of winners: Winners will be drawn using an Australian Licensed random electronic number generator via randomdraws.com.au
Publication of winners: Winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw by email. The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner by the provided phone number and social media handle(s). Winners will also be announced online at Wrists in Need within 7 days of the draw.
Winner eligibility: To be eligible, Entrants’ details must be correct. Employees of the Promoter and their family members are not eligible to win.
Prize Delivery: Prizes will be sent to Winners’ nominated addresses within five (5) business days of confirming eligibility. The Promoter covers the delivery cost, but Winners are responsible for additional expenses, including taxes. The Promoter is not liable for any delivery delays.
PART B
Information on how to enter and information provided in Part A form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this Competition, each Entrant accepts and understands these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute all terms between the Entrant and the Promoter governing this Competition.
Participation
To enter, Entrants must meet all Entry Requirements. Entrants warrant and represent that they meet all Entry Requirements. Entry is open to residents of the Territories. The Competition is open during the Promotion Period. All eligible entries must be received by the Promoter during this time.
Selection of Winner
The Winner will be selected by random draw as outlined in Part A. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Prizes will only be awarded to the person named on the entry.
If a prize is unclaimed by the Winner within 3 months, despite reasonable attempts to contact the Winner, the prize will be re-drawn.
The Entrant is solely responsible for ensuring eligibility, and the Promoter is not liable if the Entrant is found ineligible.
Prizes
Prizes are provided on an “as is” basis, and the Promoter will not modify Prizes at the Winner’s request. The Promoter is not liable for delivery errors due to Winner’s mistakes.
If a Winner claims a prize but is found ineligible or does not provide valid delivery details within the specified time frame, the Winner forfeits the Prize.
The Promoter is not liable for re-drawing or providing a replacement prize for unclaimed Prizes or any losses related to Prize delivery.
Prizes may include goods or services from 3rd party brands. The provision of prizes from 3rd party brands does not constitute sponsorship or endorsement.
Personal Information
Entrants agree to provide personal information to the Promoter. Personal information will be dealt with in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Personal information may be provided to third parties for administering the Promotion. The Promoter may use this information for marketing purposes.
Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name, likeness, voice, and image in marketing and promotion without entitlement to a fee.
Intellectual Property
By submitting Entrant Content, Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right to use, communicate, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content without attribution.
Entrants warrant that they hold all intellectual property rights to the Entrant Content.
Reservation of Rights
The Promoter may request proof of identity or residency from Winners. Failure to provide suitable proof may result in forfeiting the prize.
The Promoter may modify or cancel the Competition if it cannot run as planned. The Promoter may disqualify Entrants for breaching terms and conditions.
Exclusion of Liability
The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, or misdirected entries. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not accept liability for errors, omissions, or failure to administer the Competition.
Entrants release the Promoter from liability for actions, claims, costs, losses, or expenses arising from their participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s total aggregate liability to the Entrant is limited to amounts paid by the Entrant to the Promoter in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
Promoter’s failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver.
Capitalized terms are defined in the Schedule unless specified otherwise.
